We love outdoor movies, but weather’s that one unpredictable character in the plot—sometimes it’s sunny, sometimes it’s a thunderstorm.
Our rooftop is open-air, so dress for the weather. Bring sunscreen or a hat for warm days, and feel free to bring a blanket if it’s chilly. If conditions become too extreme, we may need to cancel. We aim to notify you at least an hour in advance, but may still cancel closer to showtime if the weather changes quickly and becomes unsafe for guests.
If we cancel, you’ll get an email with the lowdown on how to transfer your tickets (or how to snag a refund if you’ve got Weather Protection). For all the info, check out our article: My Event Was Cancelled’
Don’t forget: if you’re creating an account, use the same email you bought your tickets with. Plus you can always check the status of your screening on the venue or booking page!
If for any reason you'd like to transfer your tickets to an alternative screening now, you can do so up until your screening Start Time. For more information, please check out our Ticket Transfer Instructions.
