Ready to level up your cinema experience? You can easily upgrade your tickets by following our Ticket Transfer steps. However, instead of transferring to a different event, simply use your credit to book new tickets for the same screening. Here's how it goes:

1. Log into your account
   Visit the Rooftop Cinema Club website and sign in.
   Don’t have an account yet? You can sign up for free by clicking here, just be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.

2. Access your order
   Go to the Orders tab and select the booking you’d like to upgrade.

3. Open ticket options
   In your order details, click “Transfer Tickets” on the right-hand side, converting your order into a credit

4. Select your tickets you want to upgrade
   Choose some or all of the tickets from the same order to upgrade

5. Confirm your transfer
   Select a transfer reason, then click Confirm.

6. Receive your credit 
   Your transfer credit will be sent to your email. It will also be visible in your online account and available to apply at checkout if you're logged in.

7. Book your new tickets
   Return to the Rooftop Cinema Club website to the same event page, add upgraded tickets to your basket. Your credit will appear at the payment stage.

8. Confirm your order
   Complete your purchase and receive your new ticket confirmation by email!
