You're able to upgrade your ticket directly from your account by taking the following steps:

1. Sign into your account by going to https://rooftopcinemaclub.com/account/

*If you haven't already created an account, you can do so using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.

2. Go to the "ORDERS" tab and click TRANSFER

3. Select "Ticket Upgrade" as the Transfer Reason

4. Click FIND NEW EVENT and you'll be redirected to our homepage

5. Please re-select your film from your venue's "MOVIES WE'RE SHOWING" page

6. Under "CHOOSE TICKETS", select the ticket you would like to upgrade to

7. Click ADD TO BASKET then CHECKOUT

8. To pay the difference, fill in your payment information and click PURCHASE NOW

Your upgraded ticket will then be emailed to you and available in your account.
