Can’t make your event anymore? Booked the wrong date? Worried about the weather? No problem — you can easily transfer your tickets for free by following the instructions below!
Free transfers are available for all standard screenings (excluding special events). Please check your event page for full details and eligibility.
Option 1: Transfer Tickets for another event
Log into your account
Visit the Rooftop Cinema Club website and sign in (for our UK guests, click here)
Don’t have an account yet? You can sign up for free by clicking here, just be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.Access your order
Go to the Orders tab and select the booking you’d like to transfer.Open ticket options
In your order details, click “Transfer Tickets” on the right-hand side.Select your tickets
Choose the ticket(s) you want to transfer.Confirm your transfer
Select a transfer reason, then click Confirm.Receive your credit
Your transfer credit will be sent to your email. It will also be visible in your online account and available to apply at checkout if you're logged in.Book your new tickets
Return to the Rooftop Cinema Club website (for our UK guests, click here) and add new tickets to your basket. Your credit will appear at the Order section as a purple button. Click the button to Apply your credit.Confirm your order
Complete your purchase and receive your new ticket confirmation by email.
Option 2: Send Tickets to Someone Else
If you can’t attend but want someone else to go in your place:
- Simply forward your ticket confirmation email to them.
- They only need to show the QR code to enter the venue (no name change is required)
Option 3: Keep the credit
- If you only want transfer credit and don’t plan to rebook right away, you can stop after completing the transfer (Step 5).
