Uh-oh, the plot twist! If your event is canceled, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to transfer your ticket to another screening (or get a refund if weather’s to blame and you bought Weather Protection). If the cancellation has nothing to do with Mother Nature, you’ll get a full refund—no cliffhangers here!
In your cancellation email, you’ll be asked to log into your Rooftop Cinema Club account (or create one if you’re still a newbie). Just use the same email address you used when buying your tickets.
