Can’t make your event but not sure what to book next? Create a Transfer Credit.

A Transfer Credit lets you turn your booking into a flexible credit for the full value of your order. You can use it toward any future event, whenever you're ready. Best of all, it never expires.

**Please note, some special event don't permit transfers. Check out your event page for more information.

How to create a Transfer Credit

1. Log into your account
   Visit the Rooftop Cinema Club website (for our UK guests, click here) and sign in.
   Don’t have an account yet? You can sign up for free by clicking here, just be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.

2. Access your order
   Go to the Orders tab and select the booking you’d like to transfer.

3. Open ticket options
   In your order details, click “Transfer Tickets” on the right-hand side.

4. Select your tickets
   Choose the ticket(s) you want to transfer.

5. Confirm your transfer
   Select a transfer reason, then click Confirm.

6. Receive your credit
   Your transfer credit will be sent to your email. It will also be visible in your online account and available to apply at checkout if you're logged in.
