Ticket purchases are final, and refunds aren’t available. But if we cancel an event, no worries—you’ll get a Transfer Credit for the full amount or a refund if you purchased Weather Protection and the cancellation was weather-related. For non-weather cancellations, we’ll offer all guests the option of a full refund or Transfer Credit.
Can’t attend? You can transfer your tickets to another screening anytime before the event starts, or create a Transfer Credit if you don't yet know what you'd like to see next.
