Wheelchair Access

All of our venues are wheelchair accessible, with elevator access to the cinema level.

For venue-specific details, select your location at the top right of the website. Then open the menu (three horizontal lines), choose Your Visit, and select any option to view the venue page.

Our seating is flexible, and chairs can be removed to accommodate your needs. You can book a ticket in your preferred seating area and, upon arrival, ask a member of staff for assistance getting set up.

Please note that seating within each ticketed area is first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early to secure your preferred spot! To see how the venue is setup, be sure to check out the Seating Map dropdown in the Tickets section during Checkout.

Audio Accessibility

We provide all guests with wireless over-the-head headphones. Volume can be changed on each headset to better suit every guests needs. We also allow guests to bring their own headphones if they have an auxiliary cord plugin, allowing you to connect right into a wireless headset of ours. Please note, guests are not able to bring their own wireless Bluetooth headphones as our cinema is not able to accept that integration.

We offer English and Spanish subtitles, as well as dual audio for select films. To find these options, click Get Tickets on our website and use the filters to browse available screenings.

(UK) Accessibility Options

If you are visiting Rooftop Cinema Club as a carer or with a carer, we can offer you a free ticket as long as you have a CEA card to present to our on-site team! Simply contact our Customer Service team by clicking here. 

Peckham, Bussey Building: We are located on the top floor of the Copeland Park, Bussey Building. We do have a service lift available within our facility, however the dimensions of this lift unfortunately, may not be suitable to all wheelchair users. Measurements: 184cm Length / 83cm Width.

There is a small step down into our cinema, however we do have a portable ramp available (Width: 70cm - Weight Capacity: 600lb/272kg)

Please also note, our toilets at Peckham are not yet fully accessible, though this is something we are working hard to accommodate. Alternatively, Social Bar located in Copeland Park has wheelchair accessible toilets available to Rooftop Cinema Club guests, during their open hours.
