Wheelchair Access

All of our venues are wheelchair accessible with elevator access to the cinema level. If you need more arrival information than what you see in the Directions & Parking section of your preferred venue, please contact our Customer Service team by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.

The chairs within our seating arrangement can be removed, so you can book a ticket for your preferred seating area and upon arrival to the venue, just ask a member of our staff to help you get situated in your preferred spot.

Please note, seating within your ticketed area will still be first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early if you want to secure your preferred spot!

Audio Accessibility 

We provide all guests with wireless over-the-head headphones. Volume can be changed on each headset to better suit every guests needs. We also allow guests to bring their own headphones if they have an auxiliary cord plugin, allowing you to connect right into a wireless headset of ours.

Please note, guests are not able to bring their own wireless bluetooth headphones as our cinema is not able to accept that integration.
