What is Bucket Listers?

Bucket Listers is one of our trusted partners that helps guests discover and book amazing experiences — including Rooftop Cinema Club events!

If you purchased your tickets through the Bucket Listers website or app, however, you can still create a Rooftop Cinema Club account to manage your visit and make changes like transfers or view cancellation options. Just be sure to use the same email you did when booking Bucket Listers tickets.

Once your tickets are linked to your RCC account, you’ll be able to view your booking, manage transfers, and use any available credits — just like a direct Rooftop Cinema Club guest.  

I Have Regular Rooftop Cinema Club Tickets from Bucket Listers — What Are My Options?

If your Bucket Listers purchase was for a standard Rooftop Cinema Club screening, you’ve got flexibility built in!

Here’s what you can do:

• Need to reschedule? You can transfer your booking to another cinema event directly through your Rooftop Cinema Club account.

• Want to switch to a Wine Wednesday event? Reach out to our Customer Service team, and they’ll help process that transfer for you.

• Event canceled (non-weather related)? You’ll receive the choice between a full refund or a Transfer Credit for the total amount of your order.

• Event canceled due to weather? You’ll automatically receive a Transfer Credit, which you can use for any future Rooftop Cinema Club screening.

I Have Wine Wednesday Tickets — What Happens if the Event is Canceled?

Wine Wednesday events are special — they come with unique perks (and plenty of vino!), and their ticketing rules are a bit different.

If you purchased Wine Wednesday tickets through Bucket Listers:

• Event canceled (any reason): You’ll receive a Transfer Credit for the full amount of your order.

• Need to reschedule? You can transfer your booking only to another Wine Wednesday event, and our Customer Service team will take care of that for you.

• Switching to a regular Rooftop Cinema Club event? That’s not available at the moment — Wine Wednesday tickets can only be moved within the same series.

What Is a Transfer Credit?

A Transfer Credit is store credit equal to your order amount, issued directly to your Rooftop Cinema Club account. You can use it to rebook any future screening (or another Wine Wednesday, if applicable).

Transfer Credits never expire, so you can take your time picking your next movie night under the stars. 🌇✨
