What is Refund Protection?

Refund Protection is an optional add-on available for purchase when you buy your tickets. It allows you to obtain a refund at any point prior to the start of the event, providing you with peace of mind and flexibility for your booking. You will also be given the refund option if your event is canceled. 

When can I purchase Refund Protection?

Refund Protection can only be added to your ticket order at the time of purchase.

What does Refund Protection cover?

Refund Protection allows you to obtain a refund:

• Anytime before the event starts through your online account.
• If an event is canceled by Rooftop Cinema Club, you can obtain a refund through your online account 

How do I obtain a refund with Refund Protection?

• Before the event starts: Log in to your account and obtain a refund.
• If the event is canceled: Log in to your account and follow the instructions provided in the cancellation email.

What if I don't have Refund Protection?

Without Refund Protection, you can always transfer your tickets to a different event so long as you do it before the original event starts. 

Is the Refund Protection fee refundable?

No, the Refund Protection fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. However the booking fee will be refunded as part of a refund process.

Can the Refund Protection amount be discounted?

No, Refund Protection cannot be discounted.

What happens if my event is canceled?

If an event is canceled, we will notify you via email at least one hour prior to the start time. Customers with Refund Protection will have a choice to either refund or transfer their tickets. Customers without Refund Protection will automatically have their tickets converted into a Transfer Credit.

Please note, Refund Protection does not carry over with transferred tickets. 

Can I transfer my Refund Protection to another screening?

Please note, Refund Protection applies only to the original event it was purchased for.  If you transfer your tickets to a different event your Refund Protection does not carry over with the transferred tickets.

Can I refund one of my 2 Loveseat tickets?

Please note, Loveseats are sold in pairs so they are only refundable as a pair.
