If you're unable to attend a screening, you can do a Ticket Transfer from your own account up until your screening Start Time (at which point that option will disappear from your account) by doing the following:
1. Sign into your account by going to https://rooftopcinemaclub.com/account/
*If you haven't already created an account, you can do so using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
2. Go to the "ORDERS" tab and click TRANSFER
3. Select the "Transfer Reason"
4. Click FIND NEW EVENT and you'll be redirected to our homepage
5. Select the screening to which you'd like to transfer your ticket from your venue's "MOVIES WE'RE SHOWING" page
6. Under "CHOOSE TICKETS", select your preferred ticket type
7. Click ADD TO BASKET then CHECKOUT
8. Fill in your personal information to complete the transfer
*If there's an increase in price, you'll be asked to pay the difference with your credit or debit card to complete the transfer. Please note, we're unable to issue refunds for ticket downgrades.
If you cannot attend your event, you can stop after step 3 where you'll have a Transfer Credit added to your account. This code does not have an expiration date, so you can take your time before selecting another screening.
