If you're unable to attend a screening, you can do a free Ticket Transfer from your own account up until your screening Start Time, at which point that option will disappear from your account.
Please note that transfers are not permitted for Special Events, so you won’t see the transfer option available in your account for those screenings — check your event page for further details.
1. Sign into your account by going to the Rooftop Cinema Club website (for our UK guests, click here)
*If you haven't already signed up, you can do so by clicking here (for our UK guests, please click here) and using the same email address you used to purchase your tickets.
2. Go to the Orders tab, select the order you’d like to convert to credit, then click it again to open the details.
3. Select the "Transfer tickets" button
4. Select "Transfer Reason"
5. You'll then be emailed your transfer credit!
