1. What is the Notify Me feature? You can now join a waitlist for sold-out events! So instead of “Sold Out” you'll see “Notify Me”
2. How does it work? Click “Notify Me” on the event page (or next to a sold out ticket type) and complete the checklist for the tickets you want.
3. What happens when tickets open up? Once the ticket(s) become available, they'll be offered to the next 10 guests on Notify Me list, and it's first come, first served to book—so act fast to secure your spot!
4. Will I be charged automatically? No. You’ll need to purchase tickets if notified about availability.
5. Can I upgrade my ticket from the Notify Me? That is currently not available but coming soon! In the meantime, you'll need to purchase new tickets and then contact our Customer Service team to refund your older ones.
