1. What is the Waitlist feature?
You can now join a waitlist for sold-out events! Instead of seeing “Sold Out,” you may see a “Waitlist” option, giving you the chance to grab tickets if more become available.

2. How does it work?
Click “Waitlist” on the event page or next to a sold-out ticket type, then complete the checklist to select the tickets you’d like.

3. What happens when tickets become available?
When tickets open up, an opportunity to purchase them will be offered to the next 10 guests on the Waitlist. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so act fast to secure your spot!

4. Will I be charged automatically?
No! Joining the Waitlist is free, and you won’t be charged automatically. If tickets become available, you’ll need to complete your purchase to secure them.

5. Can I upgrade my tickets through the Waitlist?
This feature isn’t available just yet, but it’s coming soon! In the meantime, you’ll need to purchase your new tickets and then contact our Customer Service team for assistance with refunding your original tickets.
