Full Terms & Conditions

By submitting an on-screen message request to Rooftop Cinema Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All message requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the start time of your event. Once a submission is made, no edits or modifications will be accepted, and all message request submissions are final and non-refundable. Rooftop Cinema Club also reserves the right to cancel any message request at any time for any reason, with a full refund for the on-screen message provided.

If there is a movie cancellation, the on-screen message order will be refunded, and you may resubmit your message for the new movie at your discretion. If you transfer your ticket to another screening, your on-screen message will not carry over, and you will need to submit a new message request. No vulgar language, inappropriate words, or imagery are permitted.
