We're so sorry we had to cancel your screening! All attendees receive a cancellation email with instructions on how to transfer your ticket to a new screening at a later date or request a refund. If not in your inbox be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well.
To transfer your ticket to a new screening you'll need to have an account. If you have an account or need to register simply press LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT or REGISTER within your cancellation email.
You will be directed to our site where you will register or log in and your Ticket Orders will appear.
If you wish to transfer your ticket, you’ll be redirected to our website where you can choose the film you’d like to see from the available schedule.
Choose your TICKET and click ADD TO BASKET. Your transfer credit will be automatically added to your basket.
Verify what’s in your basket before clicking CHECKOUT. Fill in your info as normal in order for the transfer to go through.
You will receive a new ticket confirmation via email. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well!
