Key elements of The Drive-In:
Safety: Our number one priority remains our guests’ and team's safety and wellbeing. That’s why our services are entirely contactless. Sanitation solutions will be available on site and team members will wear masks and routinely change gloves. There will be constant cleaning of highly touched areas. Vehicles will be parked at least 6 feet apart. We kindly ask guests to watch the movie from within their vehicles, and if they exit the vehicle for any reason, guests must wear face masks and practice social distancing at all times. If you have tickets to an upcoming film and you are experiencing a fever, confusion, nausea, sudden loss of smell, or any other potential symptoms associated with COVID-19, please refrain from attending the screening and contact Customer Support via the Web Widget. For further details, please see our Terms & Conditions. The rules are below and are in place to keep our guests, team members and community safe.
- Please refrain from attending a screening if you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19, or if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- When entering the Drive-In, you must follow the guidance of our parking ushers. They are working to maintain social distance between cars, and your cooperation is needed when parking.
- You must watch the movie from within your vehicle. This can include sitting in the bed of the truck or the back of a hatchback, but lawn chairs, picnic blankets and any other external seating outside the vehicle is not allowed at this time.
- Masks are required if you exit your vehicle for any reason, including going to the restroom or picking up concessions. Guests must bring their own masks.
- You must practice social distancing at all times when in the proximity of people outside your party.
If you do not follow the above rules, you will be asked to leave without refund. We must enforce these rules to keep our community safe. Thank you for helping us in our efforts!
Ticket info: We offer 2 types of tickets, depending on the view of the screen from your vehicle. You can purchase tickets online using your credit or debit card. Please be advised that all our venues are cash-free.
Age restrictions: All ages are welcome to our Drive-In, however, we encourage you to check the rating of the film you are purchasing tickets for.
Check-in: Our team members will greet you at the entrance of the venue and scan your ticket. In an effort to eliminate all contact, we’ll put a flyer under your windshield wiper with essential guest information, including the FM station we will be using to transmit sound. Parking ushers will direct you to an assigned parking spot depending on your ticket type and on a first-come-first-serve basis. You are more than welcome to run your engine to preserve the battery, but please remember to turn your lights off so not to disturb other Drive-In guests.
Food and Beverage: You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We we will also be offering food and beverage on site, with contactless order and pickup. Online payment only. We do not accept cash.
Bathrooms: Portable restrooms are located in the parking lot and will be regularly sanitized.
Exit process: At the end of the movie, our parking ushers will guide you towards the point of exit. There will be bins around the venue so you can throw away any food trash.
Ticket Terms and Conditions: All ticket purchases are final and tickets are non-refundable. If you can't attend an event, you can transfer your ticket to an alternative screening up until the event begins. Go to https://rooftopcinemaclub.com/account/ and sign up using the same email address you used when you purchased your tickets. You can transfer your tickets by navigating to your ACCOUNT section and to the YOUR RECENT ORDERS section. Click TRANSFER, select the reason, and click FIND NEW EVENT. You’ll be redirected to our website where you can choose the film you’d like to see. Your transfer credit will be automatically added to your basket. Select the type of ticket for the new screening in order for the transfer to be successful. For the time being, we have waived all transfer fees for our Drive-In venues.
Weather Policy: Because this an outdoor event, we reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather. In the event of cancellation, you will receive an email and text message (if applicable) on the date of the event with instructions on how to transfer your ticket to another screening and other options. You can also check our Weather Updates page on the website, which will be updated on the day of the event by 3 p.m. local time: https://rooftopcinemaclub.com/weather-updates/
Community Screenings: Due to COVID-19, we know so many people have been impacted financially, and our brave community of doctors, nurses and essential workers are working incredibly hard during this pandemic. With that in mind, we are offering $5 community screenings as a way to say thank you and give those most impacted by COVID-19 – whether financially, professionally or personally – an opportunity to experience joy outside the home, from the safety of one’s own vehicle. Additionally, all proceeds from these tickets will be donated directly to Black Lives Matter. Limit to one ticket (one vehicle) per purchase for community screenings. If you have the means and choose to purchase tickets to another screening, please know that your support means the world to our business.
