You're able to transfer your tickets to a different screening directly from your account up until your screening Start Time by taking the following steps:
*If you haven't already created an account, you can do so using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
2. Go to the "ORDERS" tab and click TRANSFER
3. Select the tickets you would like to transfer then choose the Transfer Reason and click TRANSFER
4. Navigate to the relevant venue page and select the screening to which you'd like to transfer your ticket from it's "MOVIES WE'RE SHOWING" section
5. Under "CHOOSE TICKETS", select your ticket type and amount
6. Click the cart icon to add the tickets to your basket
7. Your transfer credit will be visible in your basket. To apply the credit to your order, click the+icon to the left of the credit you'd like to use
8. Once you click the + icon, the credit will be shown under DISCOUNTS and you can review the TOTAL balance after the discount. Select CHECKOUT
9. Fill in your personal information and click SUBMIT AND PAY to complete the transfer. If the total due is $0, you will not be charged*
*If there's an increase in price, you'll be asked to pay the difference with your credit or debit card to complete the transfer. Any leftover credit will remain in your account and can be applied toward future purchases.
If you cannot attend your event or any other and wish to give your tickets to another person, you can just email the tickets to them. You do not need to change the name featured on the ticket for that very-fortunate-to-know-you person to attend the event.
