Our screenings go ahead whatever the weather – come rain or come shine.
If you can't attend an event, you can transfer your tickets to an alternative screening up until the event begins. Go to https://rooftopcinemaclub.com/account/ and sign up using the same email address you used when you purchased your tickets. You can transfer your tickets by navigating to your MY ACCOUNT transfer section and to the ORDERS section. Click TRANSFER, select the reason, and click FIND NEW EVENT. You’ll be redirected to our website where you can choose the film you’d like to see. Your transfer credit will be automatically added to your basket.
However, if ever there is dangerous weather, we may consider rescheduling the screening.
In the event of a cancelled screening, you will receive an email with details on how to book another event for no additional fee. If you cannot attend the new date, then the tickets will be refunded to you.
Make sure to fill in your phone number in your account details so you can receive instant notifications concerning event cancellations due to weather or unforeseen issues.
