Our screenings go ahead come rain or shine. While we're currently unable to provide guests with rain ponchos and blankets due to increased safety measures, we strongly encourage guests to come prepared for whatever the weather may bring!
If for any reason you'd like to transfer your tickets to an alternative screening, you can do so up until the event for which the tickets were originally purchased begins. For more information, please check out our Ticket Transfer Instructions.
If there is especially inclement weather, we may have to cancel a screening.
In the event of a cancelled screening, you will receive an email (and text message if applicable) with details on how to transfer your tickets to an alternate screening. If you cannot attend a different screening, you'll be able to request a refund for the cancelled screening directly from your account.
